We don't lead your experience. We make sure nothing happens to you while you're not there to notice. And we are not the only ones holding this.
We don't work alone
We guide the live experience. We do not pretend to hold every piece of this.
The physician
Eligibility is determined by a licensed physician — not by us. He conducts the intake conversation and the clearance himself, and he is reachable throughout the four months.
The clinical team
Preparation and integration are supported by licensed clinical therapists. They carry the majority of the four months — the sessions before the day, and the weekly work for three months afterward.
The nurse
A registered nurse is on site when the physician indicates it, and reachable and available to come on site otherwise. There is a primary nurse and a back-up.
Charok Lama Rinpoche
Part of the integration support. Not for the ritual, and not for the ceremony. For the fact that contemplative traditions have been describing this territory for two thousand years, with more precision than the psychedelic literature has managed in sixty. It would be arrogant to ignore that.
Our physician and our nurse are licensed practitioners who prefer not to be named publicly. Their credentials are available to you during intake.
Why two people are in the room
At the doses we work with, you will not be able to speak, signal, or tell us what is happening. That is not a risk we manage around. That is the state itself.
So there are two of us. One attends to your body. One attends to you. Neither of us is ever the only person watching.
Watch
Vitals, breathing, and physical position, continuously.
Attend
Someone whose only task is you, not the monitoring.
Redundancy
Nothing depends on one person noticing one thing.
You will not be left alone. You will not be told what to feel. You will not be interpreted.
We are here to make sure you are safe enough to disappear.
The two in the room
Husband and wife. Both present, the entire time, for every experience.

Nicholas began preaching at seventeen. He was ordained at nineteen and left the pulpit at twenty-nine.
He went into the personal development industry — bestselling authors, names you would recognise. He built H2H Media into a practice serving the industry rather than the public.
Twenty-seven years, in two different vocabularies, inside the business of telling people they could be improved. Close enough to watch what it delivered, and what it did not.
He stopped believing it. Not because the people were dishonest — most of them were not. Because the premise is wrong. A person is not a project, and the project cannot be improved.

Fehren was extremely good at meeting the standard. Check every box, reach every goal, and the life you were promised is supposed to arrive.
What she found on the other side of the checklist was that she no longer recognised herself. She had been shape-shifting so long she had lost track of which shape was hers.
She is certified in the E4 Trauma Method and in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Inside the protocol she is the person in the room whose only task is you — not the monitoring, not the timing, you.
And she carries the first days afterward, before any interpretation begins, when the only questions are whether you are sleeping, whether you are eating, and whether you have made any decision you cannot reverse.
Between us: more than three hundred facilitated experiences.
Neither of us arrived here from spirituality. We arrived from the other direction — from fourteen years in a pulpit and two decades inside an industry built on the promise that people can be improved. And from the slow discovery that the promise was aimed at the wrong thing.
Truth doesn't come from effort. It comes from the end of the one making effort.
We are not gurus
We are not gurus. We are not therapists. We are not here to give you meaning — you have spent your life generating meaning, and that is the operation this interrupts.
Our job is narrower than it sounds. Prepare you properly. Be in the room. Watch what your body is doing while you are unable to report it. And afterward, for three months, help you build something in the window that opens.
We don't lead your experience. There is nothing to lead.
Where we stop
If you're already working with a therapist or coach, we'll collaborate.
And if something arises that we're not qualified to hold, we won't try to.
This isn't about control. It's about knowing the edges of what we do.
Power requires a container. Ours is clinical before it is anything else.
- Screened
- Contained
- Precise
- Short
Not a performance. Not a retreat. Not a return to anything.
If you want to talk to the two people who will be in the room, that is what the application is for.
