What this site is
This site is published by H2H Media Group Inc. and describes a three-month protocol built around a single supervised 5-MeO-DMT experience in Kelowna, British Columbia. It exists so that you can decide whether to apply.
Nothing here is medical advice
These pages describe what the protocol involves and what is known about the molecule. They are not advice about your health and they are not a substitute for talking to your own doctor. Eligibility is decided by a physician after a separate medical intake, and nothing you read here is that decision.
Applying is not an agreement
The application is a request to be considered. Completing it does not create a contract, does not reserve a place, and does not oblige us to accept you. We decline applications. A physician declines them on grounds we do not overrule.
The participant agreement is separate
If your application proceeds, there is a participant agreement covering the protocol itself: what is included, payment, cancellation, the risks you are accepting, and your consent. You receive it before you commit to anything, and it governs the protocol. These terms govern the website.
Text messages
If you give us your number and say we may text you, we use it to arrange and confirm your call, and for nothing else. We do not send marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. The privacy policy says what happens to the number.
Accuracy
We keep these pages accurate and correct them when they are wrong. Figures, dates and descriptions can go out of date between corrections. Nothing here is a statement about what will happen to you, and no part of this site should be read as one.
What belongs to us
The writing, photographs, film stills and design on this site are ours or licensed to us. Read it, quote it with attribution, link to it. Do not republish it as your own.
Where this site sends you
The application is hosted by Typeform. Scheduling runs through Calendly. Payments are taken by Stripe. We also link to the film and to a newsletter. Those are other companies' services, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Limits
We publish this site as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the participant agreement.
Changes
We change these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top changes with them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
